I recently stayed at Appia Antica Cottage for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. Andrea and Federica, the owners, were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The property itself is beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and well-maintained rooms and facilities. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside and easy access to Rome's center. The nearby Appia Antica Road is perfect for a leisurely stroll. I highly recommend staying at this charming cottage.
